Exchange and return: We are keen to provide better customer service. You can simply exchange or return the product. All you need to do is email customer service at “[email protected]” By sending a message containing the order number and date, a photo of the products you wish to exchange, and the reason for replacing them, within a maximum period of 07 working days for all products from the date you receive the product.
1) Conditions for accepting returns and exchanges
In the following cases:
▪ The product to be exchanged or returned must be unused and in its original condition.

3) Terms of return and exchange
